These terms apply to your use of quizfaceoff.com ("QuizFaceoff", "we", "us"). By playing or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using QuizFaceoff

QuizFaceoff is free to play. You may play as a guest or create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required in your country if that is higher.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Choose a username that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or impersonating someone else. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.
• Guest players are kept on your device by a cookie. If you clear your cookies or switch devices, a guest player cannot be recovered. Create a free account to keep your progress.

Fair play

Do not cheat. This includes using bots, scripts or automated tools to play, answer questions or create accounts; colluding with an opponent; exploiting bugs; or interfering with other players' matches. We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuizFaceoff to break the law, harass other players, send spam, attempt to access systems or data you are not allowed to, overload or disrupt the service, or copy large parts of the site or its questions by automated means.

Content and intellectual property

The QuizFaceoff name, logo, design, software, questions and articles belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and screenshots of your results. Names of shows, games, films, sports teams and other brands mentioned in quizzes belong to their respective owners; quizzes are fan-made, for entertainment, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners. Flag images come from the open-source flag-icons project (MIT License).

We work hard to keep questions accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please report it. Quiz content is for entertainment and should not be relied on as professional or factual advice.

Advertising

QuizFaceoff may display advertising provided by third parties. Ads are the responsibility of the advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop any part of the game at any time, including topics, scoring, XP, levels and leaderboards. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

QuizFaceoff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or rankings, arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use QuizFaceoff after changes means you accept the updated terms.
